Nice 3 nights stay Positive: Well appointed 2 bedroom home. Location was nice being not far from the Riverwalk. Negative: Carpets need a clean, no microwave but we managed.

I will not recommend kosh property to anyone. Positive: Location Negative: Too expensive. Not worth for that money. Hidden charges exist. There is an additional $25 no refund needs to be paid before accessing the property . You need to do an additional check in process which is not mentioned initially in booking.com. In that process you have to pay $25 or $200 deposit which will refund after 7 days. You have to choose either or then only the check in process will go through. And they have very strict check out process as well. Not a peaceful stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, modern property with impressive technology 🤩 Positive: The property was modern, clean and absolutely beautiful. It was easy to access, and had everything we needed. The property is right next to the Waikato river and myself and my partner enjoyed a lovely morning walk 😊 Negative: Nothing

A pleasant and cosy stay in a strategic location Positive: All the amenities were great and the location is fantastic. We love the simple & soothing decor especially the blending in of the wall hangings and ‘The Frame’ tvs in all the rooms as well as the ‘Garden Theme’ bathroom.That was a beauty! Wifi signal is excellent! The check in & out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Levi & the team were excellent hosts as they will follow up on you just in case there were any issues. Overall we love the accommodation and highly recommend it! Negative: Nothing
