Lovely rustic charm set in a beautiful part of Hamilton.

Treetop retreat is a perfect, tranquil hide away in the heart of Hamilton East.
Positive: The house was comfortable and spacious in a very quiet secluded location but still really close to Hamilton East

Second time I have stayed here. I find it quiet, and comfortable.
Positive: Clean, open plan, great views and close to eateries.
Excellent water pressure in the showers.
Negative: The check in instructions included the requirement to make a second payment for any potential damages, either as a $50 waiver or a $200 full refundable deposit.
This should have been either mentioned or included in up front costs, but certainly mentioned as a requirement before entering into the non refundable contract when completing the reservation.
